- All services are dependent on availability, timelines and agreements established directly with the client.
- We do reserve the right to update or change our services at any time and without notice.
3. Client Obligations
- Clients are required to provide us with any and all information, materials and approvals required to execute campaigns.
- Any delays in providing content and payments may affect timelines and deliverables.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content we receive is legal and authentic.
4. Payments and Billing
- Service fees will be agreed upon prior to starting the project.
- Clients must make payments according to the agreed defined schedule (advance/part/full).
- If payment is late, My Passions Advertising may suspend your services, or cancel.
5. Intellectual Property
- My Passions Advertising retains ownership of all creative material created for the client until it receives full payment.
- Once the client pays and clears the fees, My Passions Advertising transfers the copyright and ownership of the approved final designs/content to the client.
- It is strictly prohibited to use, copy, or distribute My Passions Advertising materials in any way without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Although we do our best to achieve accuracy and effectiveness, we cannot guarantee any result or ROI from our campaigns.
- We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to.
7. Third Party Platforms
- In certain campaigns we may utilize a third party platform (for example, Google, Facebook, newspapers, etc.).
- The Passions Advertising accepts no liability for any change, restriction or failure of a third party platform.
8. Suspension or Termination of Services
If a client violates these terms, engages in an unlawful activity, or fails to remit the payments in accordance with our agreement, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate service.
9. Governing Law
The law of India governs these Terms & Conditions, and the applicable courts in Chandigarh will handle any disputes.
